About Me
I help motivated adults to heal their relationship with food, feel good in their bodies, and level up their lives.
I’m a licensed therapist and eating disorder coach, but more importantly I have lived and breathed eating disorder recovery for the good part of my adult life.
I struggled with every type of eating disorder starting from the age of 11. My recovery journey was so bumpy and hard that when I finally broke free of eating and body image issues I decided I would devote my career to helping other people recover.
I love people who struggle with food. We are so much alike—from being overly nice and people pleasing, to caring deeply about our relationships, to running ourselves ragged trying to make things better for other people. We are capable of so much. So much good, so much love, and so much positive change in the world. If only we could step past our self-defeating issues around food and weight, and into a whole new realm of thinking and living that is aligned with how amazing we can truly be.
It is an honor to witness my clients’ transformations, and I’m grateful every single day for the privilege of doing the work I do!
