Anxiety Counseling

You wake up daily with dread and heart palpitations.  Every move you make seems hard, and you overthink every step. You’ll do anything to avoid situations that cause you anxiety, such as large stores or driving in rush hour. 

You’ve tried seemingly everything.  Medications, therapy, coaching, affirmations, talking to friends, changing jobs, avoiding concerts or new situations.

Some days you feel like you’re drowning. Other days you want to rage at everyone and everything.  You’re often on the verge of tears or an emotional breakdown.  And, you can’t seem to control it or predict it.

Happiness seems like a distant hope.  At this point you just want to sleep consistently and feel settled in your own skin. You start to wonder if you’re defective or ruined beyond repair.
