A. Anyone who feels stressed about eating, whether it’s eating too much, too little, or just feeling bad about your body. Whether you have a diagnosable eating disorder, disordered eating, or fall somewhere in between, we work with teenagers 13 and up and adults of all ages.

A. We start by figuring out the main issues that cause your food problems. You’ll then learn new ways to deal with stress and emotions without turning to food. Finally, we help you master the art of intuitive eating.
Q. What is intuitive eating, anyway?
A. Intuitive eating is an evidenced-based approach to healing your relationship with food.
It was developed by two registered dietitians 25 years ago who were frustrated with how many of their clients would go on a diet – only to gain all the weight back (and then some).
It’s a way of eating that ignores strict diet rules and focuses instead on hunger and fullness signals. Your body is the ultimate guide.
