What You'll Learn:
1. The Basic Nutrition to Heal Binge Eating:
Healing from binge eating requires you to eat enough, to eat regular meals and snacks, and to let go of restrictive diets or food rules. In this training you’ll learn the basic nutrition I teach to all my clients in the very first session and why this is so foundational in healing from binge eating. This is the nutrition you’ll use moving forward to quell the crazy cravings, heal your metabolism, and feel in control around food again.
2. The 10-Minute Solution to Stop a Binge:
Learn the most effective first-line strategy for stopping yourself before a binge. The more you use this strategy the easier it gets. As you become more practiced at holding yourself off from binges, you feel more confident in your ability to cope with life without going to food.
3. My Favorite Emotion Regulation Strategy:
Of course learning how to cope with emotions when they arise is key in recovering from emotional eating or binge eating. You’ll need to learn a whole arsenal of tools to recover fully, but in this training we’ll focus on just one that can make a huge difference. That way you’ll have a powerful tool to practice as you get started on your journey.
In this training, you’ll also have a chance to ask me anything that’s on your mind about recovery or food. I’ve helped hundreds of men and women recover from disordered eating, and I’d absolutely love to help you too.

Over the last ten years, I have coached and counseled hundreds of individuals with a broad range of eating issues, combining all the modalities that helped me on my journey.
I am the founder and former director of the first residential recovery center for women with eating disorders in Austin, Texas. I hold a life coaching certification from the Fowler Institute, an Intuitive Eating Certification from the authors of the book, and an Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy Certification from Dr. Dorie McCubbery in Denver.
I am also a licensed therapist in the state of Colorado. I hold a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT.
