I’ve been there.  In this training you’ll learn how to move through the holidays without stressing about the food.  By the end of this training, you’ll have a bite-sized, actionable plan to help you eat regularly leading up to the holidays that quells cravings, a workable solution for preventing binges before they start, and a roadmap to follow around eating at holiday parties. My goal is for you to feel confident that this holiday season can be enjoyable around food!

What You'll Learn:

1. The Basic Nutrition to Heal Binge Eating:

Healing from binge eating requires you to eat enough, to eat regular meals and snacks, and to let go of restrictive diets or food rules. In this training you’ll learn the basic nutrition I teach to all my clients in the very first session and why this is so foundational in healing from binge eating.  This is the nutrition you’ll use to help you leading up to the holidays and all the extra fun food that go along with them.

2. The 10-Minute Solution to Stop a Binge:

Learn the most effective first-line strategy for stopping yourself before a binge. The more you use this strategy the easier it gets. As you become more practiced at holding yourself off from binges, you feel more confident in your ability to cope with life without going to food.

3. How to Navigate Holiday Parties Successfully:

My go-to plan for helping you attend holiday parties without stress, being able to eat the foods you love without overdoing it, and without feeling guilty.  You’ll walk away with a plan you can follow, so you can feel confident with holiday parties this season.

Over the last ten years, I have coached and counseled hundreds of individuals with a broad range of eating issues, combining all the modalities that helped me on my journey.

I am the founder and former director of the first residential recovery center for women with eating disorders in Austin, Texas. I hold a life coaching certification from the Fowler Institute, an Intuitive Eating Certification from the authors of the book, and an Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy Certification from Dr. Dorie McCubbery in Denver.

I am also a licensed therapist in the state of Colorado.  I hold a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT.
